Hotel Cipriani is located inside the luxurious Copacabana Palace. Starting from the creativity behind the dishes, as well as the ingredients that, unlike many hotel restaurants, follow the seasons. Over the last 5 years chef Nello has been exploring a huge portoflio of regional recipes, well interprated with a creative touch and an eye for details. Among singature dishes, we point out the fresh handmade pastas, such as the raviolini del plin, chichekn cacciatoro, provolone cheese, roots or the cod with scapece zucchini (mint, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice). In short, a tasty trip from the Northern flavors till the Southern vibes. The wine list is very deep and extensive, with lots of French bottles and also a valid selection of Italian labels, plus a brilliant selection of orange wines.
