Mirko Bosio, together with his partner Roberta Massetti, tried to reinvent himself in France after losing his job in Brescia. A real challenge with offering French wines in an Italian wine shop called CiaoGnari, “hello guys” in Brescia dialect. The selection of the most representative wines of Italy and those of small areas but rich in tradition began in 2012 when the place opened its doors. The intention was to share the Italian wine heritage, its diversity, the vines and the producers without creating unnecessary comparisons with the French production. The restaurant is located in Belleville, a popular neighbourhood a few steps from the subway, full of shops and bistros. The many concerts with emerging bands and Italian artists take care of the wine-themed evenings.
