Chef Fe is a very solid Italian bistrot in the center of Copenhagen. Our last visit confirms a brilliant proposal, with sharp, incisive flavors. We noticed some improvements over the last year. The attention is on small and mostly organic producers, from raw ingredients up to Italian wineries that are hard to find even in Italy, with great attention to sustainability and native grapes. From the current menu, we enjoyed a super crescia, a typical deep fried pastry from the Marche region, salsify, beetroot, and goat cheese, and a delicious tasty broccolo recipe, plus some pumpkin arancini that brought us directly to Sicily. Fresh filled pastas like ravioli are a must-try here. Contrasts are clean and precise, get ready for a vibrant meal. Great product-driven cuisine and professional service even on peak days. Overall, a great value for money experience.
