We have been following Denis Lucchi, Lombard chef in the kitchen, from the beginning of his work at Buona Terra, housed in a beautiful colonial building. Denis offers an authorial cuisine, mixing Italian and international ingredient with a twist. Among the last recipes, we point out the the seared langoustine served in sauce of anchovies and litlle gem or the classic fusilli cacio e pepe with sea urchin.There are no weaknesses, the menu is constantly evolving, and constantly strong. The wine list is impressive, especially for lovers of mature wines, thank to Gabriele Rizzardi, expert sommelier, who built up a superb cantina with millesimes by enthusiasts and small artisans that are rarely found in the area.
