Owner/chef Armando Percuoco has been instrumental in the development and growth of Italian cuisine in Australia since arriving from his native Naples in 1970. For the past 30 years this Paddington institution has been satisfying the legions of loyal customers who faithfully return for the house speciality, Fettucine al Tartufovo, as well as the warm and attentive service. Amando has an eye for detail, just check the quality of his extravirgin olive oil.
