Time for big changes at Boccalino, the elegant Italian resturant inside the Four Seasons Hotel. Talented chef Ciro Petrone came back to Hong Kong, but the cuisine is still well focused on a Southern Italian taste. The menu features classic recipes like pappa al pomodoro, mozzarella caprese (revisited), fusilli with beef ragout,  sea bass cooked in a salt crust or sliced skirt steak. Before starting the dinner, we warmly sugest you to take a seat at the lovely Wine Bar Boccalino to give the evening a boost with a glass of wine in an intimate and colorful setting. The wine list is a brilliant one.
