This eclectic restaurant located in the Palm Luxury Boutique hotel in Rue du Méridien les Amandines owes its excellent cuisine to talented chef Alessandro. Warm lights, impeccable service and very attentive staff to guests’ requests lend to this place a pleasant and refined atmosphere due also to the garden and the outdoor patio. The meat tartare topped with flakes of Parmigiano cheese, capers and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil is magnificent. Among the desserts, note of merit to an exceptional tiramisu. The selection of wines is also excellent, especially Italian and French bottles. What a wonderful surprise in Dakar.
