Balzi Rossi offers Mediterranean identity and real flavours in an eccentric context in Moscow. Most of the kitchen brigade is Italian, actually from Campania, lead by the talent chef Emanuele Mongillo. There’s room for everything. Chef Emanuele displays a brave and creative cuisine based on high quality ingredients, he gots a special hand with pasta. If you’re looking for some real pasta, al dente, with Southern Italian flavors, this is the place for you. Do not miss also the authentic parmigiana. By the way, we suggest ending the meal with an excellent babà with orange confit. The wine list has increased over time and is still definitely France-oriented.
