Aist is a trendy two-storeyed building. On the first floor is a stylish café area great for Sunday mornings or long lunches;on the second floor there is a fine dining restaurant with the collaboration of celebrated chef Mirko Zago, which is a real institution in Moscow. We suggest the tuna tartare and the very thin and flavored house-made ravioli. A special mention to the wine list which features an extensive selection of Italian premium wines, with a smart collection available by the glass, and some hidden gems.
