Ingredients for 4 people

300 g Stuffed bread; Water; 1 egg; Salt; Speck; Parsley; Chives


Take the loaf and cut it and add a little water to make it softer, not too much because after that we put a nice egg on it. Then add the egg and a little salt. As the bread rolls the egg, make speck cubes. I recommend you make it very small. Add the speck to the bread dough. Another thing to add: a bit of parsley and a bit of chives chopped. Now we make meatballions (if it doesn’t bind well add another egg). Then we boil them for about 7-8 minutes.
