2 Potatoes; 1 cauliflower; Salt; Pepe; 1 Cannara onion; Olive oil; White wine; 1 leaf of Sage


It’s a cooked salad. Let’s get two potatoes, peel them. In the meantime, add salt and water to a boil. Because potatoes in pan-frying don’t go well raw. In the meantime, we prepare the cauliflowers, we start with the division in half. We proceed by roughly cutting the cauliflower leaves to add to the salad. We always make coarse cauliflower. Let’s put a drop of oil in a frying pan. We take a Cannara onion, peel it and sliced it and add it to the pan. We give a very delicate brown to the onion and while it is brown add the leaves of cauliflower.Add a pinch of chilli, a sage leaf (chopped by hand), a dash of wine. When you smell the wine put in the cauliflower, add a pinch of salt. Take the potatoes and add them to the pan, sprinkle with pepper. And I let it simmer, in the pan, quietly for fifteen minutes.
