The excellent properties of their milk, produced by animals fed exclusively on farm fodder, makes for particularly delicate creamy yogurt with low acidity and an immediately expressive, precise aromatic profile: fresh, delicate lactic notes adorned by faint, grassy hints. In terms of texture it's compact and dense, characterized by medium fatness.
