Riso Carnaroli Pila Vecia


Like Pila Vecia, their crown jewel, this line represents the best quality Carnaroli Classico (including whole-grain versions), grown in Verona and husked by stone. The product has unique properties: it's white but not snowy, with pearly grains that are even, almost perfect; aromatically it releases herbaceous and floral whiffs of straw and raw hay, all enriched by fresh, milky and grainy notes after cooking. On the palate it stands out for its excellent texture and sweetness, with a nutty aftertaste.
