Boscovivo has always carefully selected its ingredients, which are mostly Italian and often locally sourced. As they're based in Val di Chiana, one of their most representative products is, indeed, Chianina meat sauce, with its trademark pleasant, delicate flavor.The ingredients used are: 60% Chianina PGI beef plus a small amount of pork, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, wine, salt and spices. Aromatically, the quality of the ingredients used is evident. In the mouth it reveals the right flavor, signature hints of meat sauce and vegetable broth.
