This is 16-month aged Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP, selection 252 DUECINQUEDUE from Io Prosciutto srl, one of the oldest prosciutto factories in San Daniele del Friuli, founded in 1967 and member of the Consorzio del Prosciutto di San Daniele with number 17. The ham has a bright light pink colour, with distinct aromas of dried fruit and ripe fruit, enveloped in light notes of cream. In the mouth, it offers a full, harmonious flavour and a natural sweetness that accompanies every slice.
