GRAN TANARA Parma Ham is made exclusively from the finest pork legs sourced from farms located in the most traditional breeding area for heavy pigs. Salting is still strictly done by hand to ensure that each leg is seasoned with the minimum amount of salt; minimum ageing of 24 months in the company's cellars. The aromatic profile is complex, with hints of well-aged meat accompanied by salty and spicy notes. The taste is sweet, intense and persistent, with an extremely melt-in-the-mouth texture.
