Description

Italprosciutti selects the best farms in its territory, with traditional genetics, for a unique product. The fresh legs have mature meat, abundant fat and marbling that makes the product sweet and soft. It has a delicate aroma, to best enhance the flavours of the meat. The product cooks slowly, for over 24 hours, and rests for several weeks.
