Praga Morgante, a traditional specialty since 1963, is a high-quality cooked ham from fresh national pork. Once boned, it's salted, delicately spiced and massaged, then tied by hand, cooked at low temperatures and lightly smoked with Beech tree wood. It's free of gluten, added polyphosphates and dairy products, making for naturally delicious ham, prepared with just a few simple ingredients. Harmonious on the palate, to best appreciate its flavor, we recommend slicing by hand using a stand.
