Pesto genovese fresco


Superb ingredients combined in perfect proportions. That's why, even with your eyes closed, it's so easy to identify the second most used pasta topping in the world (tomato sauce is the first). Upon opening the jar, the unmistakable aroma of basil emerges, enriched by Parmigiano Reggiano, Fiore Sardo, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and sweet Vessalico garlic, all in accordance with the traditional recipe. The color is bright green, its texture grainy but pervasive. In addition to their fresh pesto, there's a "long-lasting" version that's also free of preservatives.
