La Sposa' was born from the idea of bringing back to life the mortadella that smells from afar, like those of the past. Prepared with fresh meat from heavy Italian pigs, stuffed into black cotton casings, which allows for optimal weight loss during cooking. Delicately spiced and cooked to perfection.
