Produced with sheep's milk arriving daily from the pastures of the Sardinian countryside, Granduca di Mandas is Garau's main product. It's a highly characterful pecorino produced in large wheels, aged for 150 days. Aromatically it's clear, fresh and fruity, while in the mouth it's elegant, revealing spicy notes and a pleasantly persistent flavour. It's delicious in bite-sized pieces, to accompany an aperitif or close out a meal in style. It can also be grated, making it a versatile addition to your favorite recipe.
