Crema gelato

Description

Their ice cream sees sugar and egg yolks combined with fresh milk, just like grandma Lele used to make for those living in the farmhouse during the hot summers of the 1960s (the only difference is that, back then, it was stored in a 10-Liter milk bucket). Today it proves clean on the palate, rich in flavor and texture. Its appearance is consistent with the excellent ingredients used: the color is an opaque yellow, the consistency firm, the flavor evoking signature notes of egg and vanilla (visible in the form of tiny specks). Excellent balance between fattiness and sweetness. Well-honed finish.
