Trevalli Cooperlat consists of 15 basic cooperatives and associates about 1,000 agricultural producers who provide the milk. Today it is a major agribusiness, one of the top players in the Italian dairy sector, and increasingly important abroad. With two main lines of products split into Tre Valli’s Noi brand, linked to tradition and local trademarks, and Hoplà, a leader in the field of vegetable creams, it ensures ongoing improvement of product quality, diversification of production and research. The range is extensive, from fresh and long-life milk to butter, yoghurt, ice cream, ricotta, mozzarella, and the various types of cheeses.
