This business has 250 hectares of rice fields and 70 of spelt, corn and poplars. Since 1833 it has produced premium rice, carrying out every phase of processing internally, from preparing the land to harvesting, stone milling and packaging. Its range includes wholegrain and organic Carnaroli; Vialone Nano; and Arborio, hulled by hand and also available in an organic version. There are also wholegrain black and red rice, not to mention various types of pasta, rice and corn flours, saluggini beans, ready-to-cook spelt and risotto.
