Ponzio, based near Piazza Duomo, has been a failsafe go-to for truffles since 1947. The experienced, highly professional Curti family sells a range of premium products. White, black and black summer truffles are used to flavour taglierini pasta, risotto, polenta, fondue, creams, sauces, butter, mouth-watering preserves anchovies, salamis, toma cheese in oil, EVO, salt, balsamic cream, honey, grissini, and cugnà jam. Its preserves include dried white and black truffles, and sliced truffles in oil or cream. Sweet truffles and other delicacies also abound.
