In 1962 Archimede Sabelli registered the first patent for the invention of a machine that manufactured mozzarella. In almost a century of business, the family’s dairy tradition has clearly combined dependable raw materials with advanced technologies and manufacturing systems to ensure the artisanal quality is not lost even on large numbers. The Marche plant processes only milk from farms in the Gran Sasso area, which retains all its natural goodness in fresh cheeses such as mozzarella and burrata. Sabelli produces a wide range of dairy specialities, and as well as classics for delicatessen sales, products include items that meet the specific needs of catering professionals. Ranges offer soft-paste and spun-curd cheese, white and smoked provola and scamorza, Pecorinos, caciottelle, either plain or flavoured with chili, olives, truffles, walnuts.
