The business began in 1924 and since then the pasta has been crafted from the best durum wheat flour and pure mountain water. The Primograno line comes from 100 hectares of land planted with San Carlo, Varano and Mongibello cultivars, which are the source of spaghetti, spaghettoni, rustic penne and sagne pieces. Alongside the classic line, egg and special pasta, including handmade, regional, giants and rolled sheets.
