The catalogue is lengthy and includes ricotta; plain and smoked scamorza; cacioreale; smoked provola. Of course pride of place goes to buffalo mozzarella, braided in weights of 1.5 kg upwards, or in bocconcini of about 50 g each. Also classic mozzarella in a variety of formats.
