Monica Lazzarini, art director, and Gianni Zaghetto, maître chocolatier, create chocolate delights with passion, artistic flair and a spirit of innovation. They started life as patisseurs in 1990 and extended a classical repertoire of desserts and wedding cake a few years ago by adding chocolate with a strong creative twist. They offer about 50 kinds of pralines: cream-based French style; traditional Italian with nuts and liqueurs; inspired by contemporary art; and fusion range in which chocolate meets and patisserie. All made with excellent raw materials.
