This young producer, driven by a young energy, makes traditional,authentic piadina flatbread. Founded in 2000 by Liliana and Maurizio, for some years now they’ve been packaging their piadanas and distributing them to Romagna kiosks, eateries and direct to consumers, both in Italy and abroad, all thanks to their daughter Gaia. Only 5 ingredients, the essential ones, are used: locally-ground wheat flour, water, lard or oil, salt and yeast. There are 5 versions: classic (according to the ancient Romagna recipe), wholewheat, with rosemary, with extra-virgin olive oil and multi-grain.
