Rita Salvatori’s farm grows around 40 varieties of organic and biodynamic chillies, used to make Peperita-branded specialities for consumers and chefs. Products include chilli powder in glass vials, varying in strength from 1 to 16, from delicate aji chillies and banana peppers to fiery Seven Pods and Trinidad Scorpions; pastes; chopped chillies; flavoured oils; Cayenne pepper flakes; cider vinegar; condiments and flavourings. It also produces fruit relish, jams and preserves, and red-hot sweet creams.
