This company, founded in 1922 in Verona, has always focused attention on research and development. The large new production centre in Bussolengo, inaugurated in 2005, represents a significant piece of engineering work in industrial architecture, with avant-garde technology in the processing plants. The company is part of Consorzio Sao Caffè, set up in 1971, and currently consisting of four separate companies, each a leader in its area thanks to care over ingredients and production process (Pellini, Caffè Trombetta, Guglielmo, Saicaf). The vast production range includes: top Arabica 100% (moka, decaffeinated, natural, espresso); bio Arabica 100%; Pellini Espresso Superiore (velvet, creamy or traditional flavour); the bar range and Pellini Luxury Coffee pods. The products are enjoyed in over 30 countries around the world and were awarded the title of Coffee Flavour of the Year in 2015.
