A family tradition maintained intact over time, even by his children, who seek out carefully selected and only Italian corn, applying scrupulous attention to work processes, from delicate grinding operations and, before that, expertise of the various phases of cleaning raw materials, which come from a chain under constant and strict control. The product line includes pasta (without special gluten, including organic and with fibre for coeliacs), instant polenta, biscuits, grissini, condiments, sauces, lasagne, gnocchi, and snacks, all gluten-free.
