Since 1832, the Dalla Giovanna family has produced flours with the sole objective of offering quality to its customers. First it carefully selects raw ingredients, the cereals and grains, then it monitors all subsequent stages, from storage temperature in the silos to the slow grinding and ensuing blending process. The Dalla Giovannas produce a number of all-purpose flours, together with more specific types including organic and wholemeal. They also market a line of gluten-free products and a range for people with dairy intolerances.
