The De Vita family has always grown wheat in an ideal area for this crop, almost on the border with Molise, but it was not until 1997 that it developed a modern plant, with minimal environmental impact, for grinding flour in near the farm. Now it has total control over the entire cycle and guarantees the excellent quality of the end product. They have organic, traditional, and health lines, as well as kamut, spelt, and Senatore Cappelli wheat flours, with various wholemeal and multigrain varieties.
