All the rest is down to the expert manual skills of master confectioners. In addition to the classic version, there is another in chocolate and also a soft type. But also mandorlato with aloe; almonds, honey and rosehip; almonds, honey and blackcurrants; pandorlato, with chocolate; mandorlato nuggets dusted with cocoa; and truffles.
