His love for the world of beer making means he selects all ingredients carefully, many for the local area, including the Slow Food Presidium damassin plum. He monitors all stages of processing, respects timing, has an unstoppable desire to experiment, all leading to production of undoubted quality. Valter makes seven types of beer, each with its own characteristics, each more interesting than the next.
