La Valletta

Founded in the 1980s by Antonio and Adriana Cappelletti, this family concern today has about 150 hectares of land mostly in the Colfiorito area. Production consists mainly of pulses (including hulled), with lentils at the top of the list, then grass peas, chickpeas, beans, and field peas. Followed by barley, spelt, soup mixes (some are very handy pre-cooked). Last but not least, spelt crackers, dried porcini mushrooms and pure saffron threads.
