The Cuneo area is rich in fine cheese products made from precious ingredients and more often than not using artisan methods. This is the case for the business owned by Marco and Paolo Lopatriello. Sabaco offers three lines of dairy products and cheese made from as many types of milk: cow, ewe and goat. There is Famù yoghurt and other products, but the flagships are PDO cheeses, above all, the Robiola di Roccaverano Famè, made solely from Cuneo goat milk.
