Here we have a benchmark producer of the famous capello d’angelo pasta, made in the new Ficiarà plant along with a dozen other egg pasta types, from maltagliati to lasagne sheets. The flour comes from the Marche and is GMO-free, the organic eggs are from farmyard hens. The company also has the Tabula brand of good white pasta, made with selected durum grains with high gluten content, produced under licence by a renowned pasta factory. There are three lines: long, short and special, with different aromas.
