The Lo Pinto family estate has been producing and processing prime products for many years. All the island’s fragrances and flavours can be enjoyed to the full, a delight for all the senses. First there are PGI capers, caper berries, and caper pâtés, but also combined with anchovies, olives, sundried tomatoes, almonds, chilli pepper, and wild fennel. Try the marmalades and Extra jams, the latter also made with zibibbo grapes, ideal with cheese. The excellent oregano is worth sampling.
