For more than 10 years, Fabrizio, Alessandro and Massimo D’Ancona have worked at Kazzen (with the invaluable support of their family members), using artisanal techniques to make and sell the best products on the island. Every stage of production is executed with painstaking care, from harvest to conserving and packaging. It’s true that the versatile PGI caper is a star, but there are also plenty of patés, sauces, selections of vegetables in extra-virgin olive oil, jams and preserves. There’s even oregano, sweets and wine.
