It was the passion and experience of two partners, both with a family background in truffles, that gave life to Italia Tartufi in 2011. Their goal is to spread truffle culture and knowledge, and also to improve the quality of what’s being offered to consumers. This prized mushroom can be found almost year-round here, depending on the season, starting with the highly sought-after white variety all the way to the black, summer truffle. Delicious truffle sauces abound, along with dressings, pâtés, aromatized salt and honey, oils and vinegars. You can also find truffle salami, egg noodles, rice and polenta.
