Operational since the early 1950s, this family-run business has always believed in the quality of their local produce and the possibility of making it more widely available. Indeed, Inaudi specializes in using artisanal methods to process and sell both mushrooms and truffles, mostly from right in their own territory. Over time, their selection of products has expanded. Today both dried mushrooms and mushrooms bottled in oil are sold (both porcini and other varieties), along with vegetables, snails, anchovies, truffles (white, black and ‘bianchetto’), condiments (truffle and mushroom flavored oils and vinegars), pestos and sauces, truffle anchovies and toma cheese, truffle butter and salt, honeys, canned fruit, preserves, pralines and egg pasta with mushrooms, truffles or wine. In addition to their showroom and shop (both on-site), they have retail points in Alba and Cuneo. Guided visits are available on request.
