The dairy, located in the Alta Murgia plains, has been producing traditional fresh and ripened Puglia cheeses for more than 50 years. The company has combined the skills inherited from master cheese-maker Vincenzo Ignazzi, who founded this small outfit in 1948, with rural culture and quality cow milk. It offers a full range of products, primarily dairy: mozzarella, butter, scamorza, stracciatella, burrata, ricotta bonbons. Then there is pecorino, ricotta forte, provolone, caciocavallo and, last but not least, giuncata curds.
