Giancarlo Campati’s business is based in a tiny historic village in the Alto Vastese mountain community, almost on the border with Molise. It has marketed truffles, mushrooms and select specialities since 2007. As well as fresh black and white truffles, and a selection of seasonal varieties, it also sells whole truffles in brine, and sliced and minced truffles. Its product range includes honey, sauces and creams, EVO and butter condiments, polenta and rice, cheeses and salami, chocolates and dried figs.
