One man has stepped up to manage a brewery that counts itself as among the largest in the country and proven he is equal to the task. Marco Valeriani, a food-techie and lifelong beer lover has experience to match his passion, demonstrating from the outset his ability to work magic with hops. His work is particularly inspired by Anglo-Saxon brewing traditions.
