Andrea and Jessica set up their company in 2010 to produce and market whole fleur de sel, hand-raked from the Conti Vecchi salt flats in Cagliari, in Parco Naturale di Santa Gilla, then processed with natural ingredients free from chemical additives. The classic version is flanked by various flavoured and smoked options, as well as versions with spices, pepper with a balanced hot note, and wine. There is also an organic line with Sardinian herbs, saffron, citrus and myrtle.
