The Perinotti family has run the business for five generations and is known for its stone milling of rice to preserve the nutritional substances that give the rice its flavour and keep it firm to the bite after cooking. The excellent product range includes: Carnaroli (a wholegrain version also), Vialone Nano, Arborio, Baldo, Rosso Selvatico, and Venere Nero. It also sells rice and corn flours, polenta and ready-to-cook risottos, with select ingredients: ceps, cuttlefish ink, radicchio, truffles and so on; delicious sweet and savoury biscuits; interesting crunchy praline rice, drinks and grappa.
