This is the sales division of the Fratelli Nuzzi’s dairy farm. Since the late 1980s they’ve produced a range of pasta filata cheeses using locally-sourced milk. Their selection ranges from ciliegine (small, fresh, mozzarella bites) to 500-gram mozzarella balls, to treccioni, nodini, bocconcini, provola, white and aged scamorza, burrata, stracciatella and smoked cheeses. They also produce yogurt, panna cotta, butter and Apulian dairy products, like canestrati, primo sale and giuncata.
